PREPARATION:
Oven: Preheat oven to 350℉. Place frozen chicken pieces in a single layer on a baking sheet. Cover with foil. Bake about 20 minutes, until center is fully warmed. Transfer chicken to serving bowl. Add heated sauce and toss until chicken is completely coated.
Stove top: Heat 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil in a large non-stick skillet. Add chicken and stir-fry until heated through, about 6-8 minutes. Add sauce and stir until hot.
Microwave: Place chicken in a microwave safe bowl. Cover and heat on high for 2-3 minutes. Pour sauce on top of chicken and toss. Heat for another 1-2 minutes, or until fully warmed. Microwave cook times may vary depending on oven wattage.
Serving suggestion: Try BBQ Style Chicken Teriyaki over rice or noodles with your favorite vegetables stirred in.
